Privacy notice

This notice explains how personal data is processed when you visit this website or contact us.

1. Controller

Ad Maiora CM GmbH, Schützengasse 3, 01067 Dresden, Germany

Email: office@admaioracm.de

2. Provision of the website

When this website is accessed, technically necessary connection data is processed. This may include the IP address, date and time of access, requested page, referrer URL, browser type, operating system and request status.

Processing is necessary to provide a secure, stable and functional website and is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of this website. Technical service providers may receive this data as processors. Data is retained only for as long as required for operation and security or by applicable law.

3. Cookies, analytics and marketing

With your explicit consent, we carry out privacy-conscious audience measurement in order to evaluate visitor numbers, requested pages, referring sites and countries of origin. Analytics is activated only after you select “Allow analytics”. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where information is accessed from your terminal equipment, section 25(1) TDDDG.

The analytics system does not set analytics cookies and does not use local or session storage to recognise visitors. The IP address technically transmitted with the request and the browser identifier are processed only transiently and are not stored in plain text in the analytics database. A secret key is used to derive a pseudonymous identifier that allows visitors to be approximately distinguished for no more than 90 days. We do not recognise visitors on other websites, use the data for advertising or profiling, or combine it with other datasets.

We store the pseudonymous identifier, the calendar day and the time of the first visit on that day. Page paths without query parameters, truncated referrer information and country codes are stored only as daily aggregates. Pseudonymous visitor values are deleted after no more than 90 days; fully aggregated statistics may be retained for longer. The analytics system operates within this website’s technical hosting infrastructure; no separate external analytics service such as Google Analytics is used.

Your decision is stored for six months in a technically necessary consent cookie. You may withdraw your consent at any time with future effect through “Privacy settings”. If you decline, audience measurement remains fully disabled.

4. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide in order to respond. Depending on the subject matter, processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual measures or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

The information is deleted when it is no longer required to handle the enquiry, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Any consent may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

6. Status and amendments

Last updated: August 2026. If analytics, marketing or other consent-based services are introduced in the future, this notice and the consent mechanism will be updated before those services are activated.
